Renting conditions
- Actual reservation after receiving a deposit of 30% of the rental price. The balance is due one month before your arrival in the house.
- Security Deposit (to be given to the owner on arrival in the house):
800 euros, the Two castles's House
400 euros, the Peyrepertuse Apartment
300 euros, the Queribus Apartment

Show policy
- The vacation rentals are non-smoking
- Pets are not allowed
- Rentals are usually from Saturday to Saturday. The reception is from 16h until 18:30. The day of departure, the house must be left by 10 am. For other times, please contact us.
