Renting conditions
- Actual reservation after receiving a deposit of 30% of the rental price. The balance is due one month before your arrival in the house.
- Security Deposit (to be given to the owner on arrival in the house):
800 euros, the home of two castles
400 euros, the apartment Quéribus
600 euros, the apartment Peyrepertuse
300 euros, the cottage "La Grange"

Payment  accepted
Paypal tranfer, Wire transfer, French check, Money order

Show policy
- The vacation rentals are non-smoking
- Pets are not allowed
- Rentals are usually from Saturday to Saturday. The reception is from 16h until 18:30. The day of departure, the house must be left by 10 am. For other times, please contact us.
